Digital Design and Visualization IV - Collaborative Design Experience

Students from the digital visualization and robotics sequences are brought together to share their collective skills and experiences in this advanced course. The students are situated in the roles of professionals working in conjunction with outside consultants. (These outside consultants may be students from other classes, design professionals, scholars, artists, community stakeholders, et cetera.) These partnerships collaboratively develop, document, and publicize the solutions to real world design problems. During this process, the students will be introduced to theory, techniques, and advanced features of digital design systems that are most relevant to the completion of the collaborative projects.
