eSTEM Mentorship Program

The goal of the eSTEM Mentorship Program is to encourage girls to pursue studies and careers related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.  Our schools will operate in concert with professionals, universities, and academics to develop and implement mentoring programs, hands-on workshops, networking opportunities, and other services in an effort to encourage gender equity in STEM careers and programs.

The eSTEM program will benefit all of its participants.  The students will gain access to technological resources and acquire insights to academic and career paths related to STEM. Our schools will have access to additional academic resources and they will have another means to interface with the community.  Our university partners will participate in a long-term gender equity development project and participate in the development of stronger prospective college students. The professionals who volunteer will be given an opportunity to fulfill their desire to participate in activities that will make a significant, positive difference in their community and country. 

All of the participants will be able to take advantage of unique opportunities to network with like-minded professionals and students who share their academic and civic interests.
